The old me, went to the grocery store every Friday and picked everything that I thought I needed and prepare meals throughout the week. Then throughout the week, do my best to use what I bought. It made sense at the time but when I look back, I can’t believe how much food/$$$ I wasted on groceries. Now the process is simple. I plan the meals that I am going to make ahead of time and purchase what I need based my list. The results for me, are no repeated visits to the grocery store, little to no wasted food, and more $$$ in my wallet. I encourage you to change your process and see how it works for you.
